Renkai was built by people who’ve spent decades delivering change inside organisations and alongside clients. Over time, we learned that the greatest challenge wasn’t ambition or people — it was turning insight into action in a way that was clear, consistent, and ready to use. That insight led us to build our own workflow support platform: Renkai.
THE TENSION
Where It All Began
We come from consulting, training, and behavioural development. We loved the analysis, the structure, the challenge — and the human complexity.
Yet across organisations and projects, we kept seeing the same constraint: delivery was slowed by workflows that weren’t designed to support the work.
Without streamlined workflow support, insight became fragmented. Quality varied. Consistency across teams, projects, and markets was difficult to maintain. As work scaled, these inefficiencies compounded — stretching timelines and diluting impact.
THE SHIFT

We started asking different questions:
